Consider Watching this Documentary

I recommend watching “The Age of Disclosure” on Prime.

It’s mostly a series of interviews. It took me a couple of times (fell asleep), but the information is worth having.

We are clearly not alone in the universe. This is stated multiple times.

The information provided in the documentary was not complete; this was not permitted and will probably not be permitted until nations stop military actions against each other.

I learned that our military cannot provide security in the airspace of North America, that Congress and even the standing president are not privy to much of the information that IS known, and some very interesting things about technology that is beyond our own.

Russia, China, and the USA have established secret “crash + retrieval programs,” providing access to various advanced technologies.

These 3 nations have been engaged in reverse technology efforts for sometime …to become dominant in our planetary realm.

This secrecy has been going on for almost 80 years – since Roswell (1947).

There is an ongoing effort to release a significant amount of information to the general population.

A bill failed in 2023 when congress was finally partially educated)

Hopefully soon.

We all live on this planet.

Having the information now will allow us to respond without a high level of panic and fear when the knowledge does become widespread.

I encourage you to sustain confidence in a positive future.

I am not afraid. I have come to believe that most extra-terrestrial beings are benevolent and support the planetary evolution underway that will transform our physical reality.

There are methods (shared in an upcoming post) that allow us to sustain power over our own domain.

A significant healing process is now available – no charge!

In the summer of 2024 I decided to jump into a channeled healing process that was deeply impactful. It significantly changed my life.

I wrote about it at the time – A New Healing Process

This past week the same healer began to offer very similar healings daily.

They are about 40 minutes and they employ the same pattern and intention.

She will be channeling them for a total of 40 days and they are available on YouTube.

I have listened to 4 of them so far, and plan to listen to a couple of them again.

At the time I engaged with Anne Tucker’s work, it was a significant financial decision. I am assuming that the decision was made (by her or by the Mother of Creation) to offer them more widely and for free at this time because we all need healing and help to navigate the upcoming planetary transformation and the person impact that will result.

The healing messages I listened to previously were channeled from the Angelic realm.

The Mother of Creation is an aspect of the Creator that birthed all our souls. The energy she brings forth is delightful, loving and significant.

I highly recommend that anyone who is open to healing and/or feels the planetary shifts and changes that are unfolding …and would like assistance in navigating their future check out these gifts.

Verification

It has become easier over time …to simply allow the voice and visions of Lei Lei to come through me …to release any judgement and doubt about whether I am interfering or …making it up.

This week I recieved 2 messages that helped me to trust more fully that this work is real, and that I am bringing it forth well.

A local ally who asked me to channel about a specific question recently sent me this message:

I deeply appreciate your time, openness and connection with my question.  It was a confirmation of what I am experiencing. The question is why. 

Much love,

I was able to respond about why; Lei Lei confirmed that it was regarding a karmic debt that had been paid.

A woman from Vermont who recieves weekly healing and guidance emailed me this message:

Thank you very much.  This is my favorite message so far. Before it was said in the message I was already thinking it sounded just like my work and wondered also if it involved my dreams so that was affirming to have both mentioned.  Thank you.

This path, which I initilly resisted, has brought me so much

…especially trust …the ability to trust life, the unfolding …and myself.

Transformation by Elena

This Summer I attended a sound healing session. This is where I met Elena. She played crystal sound bowls for a group of people. She had 7 large bowls in a semicircle in front of her. Each sound bowl emits a tone that is attuned to a specific chakra. When she “played” them with her mallet …my being, maybe even my soul, vibrated in response. I could feel the sound.

I was deeply impacted and I new I wanted more. Elena had a confident and very gentle presence, which I admired and felt comfortable with.

When I reached out to her, I learned that she offers 3 different modalities of healing. I can’t begin to explain them, so I will offer her website: https://bioharmonycenter.com/ I wasn’t sure what to do, so I shared my priorities regarding personal healing and she recommended Reconnective Healing.

I have had 4 sessions with Elena – one in her work space (Middleburgh, NY) and 3 by zoom in my home. [She said that the remote sessions can be even more impactful.]

Each session has been different. I don’t remember a lot of details of the first session. I remember that my body responded and that I felt at ease with Elena. I decided to do a session monthly.

At the beginning of the 2nd session, I asked what exactly was happening or what the goal was. I had read on her website that “This comprehensive spectrum of energy, light, and information works to restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit, promoting healing and transformation.” I wanted to understand in more simple terms, and Elena said that she reaches out to Source and that what is needed is provided through her. She simply allows what is most helpful for her client to come through her …to them.

I lay back and relaxed. I felt energy move in my body – in the palms of my hands, then on my right side, my lower lip, my abdomen. Some of it was electric, but most of it felt simply like a “flow.”

At first I told Elena what I felt, and she confirmed locations she was focused on, asking a few questions …but then I just enjoyed the experience. She was very present when I glanced at the screen a few times, but did not interrupt my experience unless I asked a question.

I was worried that I might fall asleep, but I was fully engaged …in a soft and foggy sort of way. I felt as if I was elevated and gently rocked; I felt as if I was inhabited by a living force (my life force?)

It was almost as if I was a balloon that had been half deflated, but was now full of energy and light. With my eyes closed, I saw glowing colors in my legs and other body parts. The entire experience was mostly what I can only describe as a flow …of energy …and bliss …and color.

I slept through most of my third session, but the 4th was the most amazing to me.

I consciously opened myself to the possibilities and gifts …and soon I found myself receiving adjustments of some sort – maybe 10 or 20 of them. Then there was a silent conversation – what was my intention in my life, how did I see myself moving forward on my life path? I felt as if I had connected with the Divine!

After this, I felt I was receiving assistance  …”platforms” and installations that would allow me to move forward. Later on there were more adjustments. This experience was elevating and exciting. 

I highly recommend Elena and Reconnective Healing for whatever you are seeking.

Mother Earth – practices and revelations

Over the past several months I have added several daily practices of love and reverence for Mother Earth in response to learning from several sources that she is a being of love and nurturance and that she has a soul like we do!

Obviously her physicality is quite a bit larger!

This should have been no surprise to me – that she has a soul as we do. I have journeyed in my shamanic training and in my practice to the spirit of Mother Earth. She has provided me with guidance and wisdom several times.

This year I have made a more conscous effort to spend daily time barefoot outside.

I have also come across several simple rituals to honor the Earth, and I have added 2 of them to my daily practices.

One started about a year ago, before I learned that she has a soul …when I established a simple outside altar with the 4 directions marked on perimeter rocks. I start to sing and speak to the Earth. I did this daily, often singing a song that I sang in full moon circles in the past (I will introduce it to the new circles soon). This Summer I combined this with a practice of pressing my forehead to the ground and breathing in the fragrance of the earth several times. This is a delight for me, because I love to sing, and I love the fragrance of the earth.

I’m not sure how it will go in the winter. I expect to still touch my forehead to the earth. I may not linger as long, singing as I walk, adding my spoken gratitude and prayers inside.

I always thank the Earth for sustaining our lives with food, water, the atmosphere that provides the air we breath and allows the Sun to provide the warmth and light that gives us life. I express my gratitude for the opportunity to live in this physical reality.

The other daily practice is one that I read about this Summer, which deeply resonated for me. I stand with a wide stance (barefoot now unless chilled) on the Earth with arms reaching up to the sky and spread maybe 3 feet apart. I become a conduit between Mother Earth and the Universe and Creator. I serve as a conduit for love and energies coming to support and assist her in the transformation that is occuring at this time – shifts within the Earth that will bring forth a pole shift and more. (I have discovered scientists that are monitoring the core of the earth and discussing the timing of the pole shift – check YouTube!)

On my first IN breath I consciously draw in support for the Earth from above through my hands/arms. On my OUT breath I send it to her through my legs/feet. Then I breath IN her response of gratitude through my legs and breath it OUT through my arms to that which supports her beyond us. I do this 3 times. Sometimes I have a sense of what is being provided …gratitude and love from below …and love and support from above. Sometimes the requests and gratitude come from above. Sometimes I feel a drawing close of the Earth’s being or soul …to me in response.

These practices just take a few minutes and I love feeling a PART of “all that is,” and a part of the love and support that is all around me.

I have also come to realize the love of Mother Earth for humanity …and I feel her love for me personally as well.

I know that I am a recipient of so much that is unseen at this time, as I walk my path.

My love and gratitude for Earth (and Sun, and All …) grow daily – for all that she provides, and to support the shifting that is under way.

Earth Awareness in my Dishwasher

I have recently stepped into a new zone of Earth awareness in 2 ways that I want to share.

I have long been an organic gardener and a composter – which honors Mother Earth and provides healthier products for our table. My husband recently added an awareness of choosing non genetically modified foods, for which I am grateful.

We have had a focus of walking lightly on the earth for some time, and I brought it to a new level recently by responding to the fact of a dishwasher in our new home. We were instructed to use individual plastic pods – delivered in their plastic containers.

An added awareness of product toxicity (Dr. Hulda Clark’s book Cure All Diseases) was the actual cause of the change. Every time I reached under the sink for a pod, I became more aware of the strong toxic fragrance of these pods. We moved 2 years ago, and I’d been using the commercial pods.

About a month ago I took action and researched all the companies that provided environmentally friendly alternatives to these pods. I knew they had to be out there …and they were! I chose to order Blueland dishwashing tablets in a refillable and attractive tin container.

I am so happy with the result, that I ordered monthly refills and also ordered their products to replace our washing machine and toilet cleaning products.

[We were not using pods for these other 2 products, but the plastic containers for these products will no longer be added to the oceans, landfill, wherever they go. (I learned quite a few years ago that our recycling does not actually get recycled. I just now googled it – plastics are the worst – less than 10% are reclycled.)]

Our dishes are clean and there is very faint fragrance of …coconut(?) when I sniff a tablet.

The website boasts high approval from USDA, EPA, and other environmental organization.

I keep the tin on my counter. I gives me a good feeling every time my eyes land on it.

My 2nd version of Earth awareness waits for another day.

I’m 70 years old!

I’m posting these words a couple weeks after my 70th birthday.

I am SO EXCITED to arrive here!

I believe change is coming …significant planetary change for humanity …and an elevation of frequency and vibration for all who choose to come along.

I beleive I was born for this time we are in.

My parents both died in their 70s, but I have no intention of doing so. (Although I do know about best laid plans.)

Happily, I do not fear death …which will meet me at the crossroads …at the proper time.

I remember turning 60. The most memorable thing about it was seeing 70 on the horizon. It was daunting.

But here I am …and I am loving life …and I don’t fear 80.

I have no idea what happened! (Maybe it’s losing my fear.)

Life seems to be holding me these days.

I do have some aches and pains, but I am mostly feeling great.

I am ready to do my best with whatever is ahead.

Samhain(Halloween) Ceremony at the Wandering Mystic 10/31

The word Samhain is pronounced Sowen. It’s a Celtic word for the day I learned to look forward to as a child …dressing up in a costume and getting candy.

In the Celtic tradition, it is the eve of the new year, which starts November 1st.

This is one of my favorite times to gather.

The Samhain ceremony I have held for many years focuses on releasing the old and calling forth the new.

In the circle, we take a little time to share what is in our hearts. Then we each write down that we no longer choose – fear, shame, disharmony, sickness, lies, confusion, and other specific burdens or patterns. If you can write it down, you can set the intention to release it. We take a few minutes to reveal what we are releasing to others in the circle, if we choose to share …before we place our papers in the fire …and move forward.

Burning your page in front of and with others seals and empowers one’s intention.

Later in this ceremony, each person walks through an archway into their future and into the new year …calling forth boldly the things they want to embody and bring into their life.

Participants might call forth love, financial balance, health, freedom and more …with the intention to move forward in various ways – a new path (job, career, marriage).

A friend who had not been able to get pregnant once called forth a child. I witnessed this …and news of the next season’s birth!

Once your desires are called forth, they become more present in your thoughts, they begin to take shape, plans are made, actions taken …and they have a much greater chance of coming into reality!

Step into the sacred circle and call forth the change you seek.

All are welcome at the Samhain Ceremony on October 31st at The Wandering Mystik in Middleburgh, NY.

Those under 18 are welcome with parental permission/presence.

Best Laid Plans

Oh my gosh! Life is a whirlwind …that I am very much enjoying …but it doesn’t go at all as planned. I feel I am caught up in it’s swirling energies like a leaf in the wind.

I’ve got to stop saying I will do this or do that (posting channeled videos, posting channeled messsages, posting anything at all).

Things are constantly in flux and I don’t seem to be able to direct the flow.

A week ago I led my first full moon circle in several years. It went better than I imagined.

It was so important to me …and I got really nervous.

I manged to find the calm …and it flowed with ease. Old frieds and new.

3 days before that I spoke about my trip to Africa to a group of 15 retired people. It went great. [See posts in Jan/Feb ’24]

These things were on the calendar …I had made outlines …but suddenly I had to hone my talk, gather tools, get photos printed, practice my talk.

The week before was not on the calendar. It was about our cat Newman …while my husband was away. I ended up at emergency care all night with him in the midst of extra chores. It took days for both of us to recover.

A few weeks before that was my daughters wedding and houseguests …and recovery.

Preparatory cooking before that …after a sudden visit from an overseas sister.

And really for months I have been unable to control much …as if the flow of life has plans that I am not aware of.

OK …I may not have come to terms with the limits of my advancing age.

It’s forcing me to slow down.

I have to say that despite my failures and lack …I am so grateful to be walking forward into the unknown …with my husband beside me …with my children/grandchildren/stepchildren not too far away …to be a gardener and a dreamer and a healer …to feel the sun …to breathe the fragrance on the wind …and simply to trust what tomorrow holds.

October Full Moon Circle 10/4/25

Tomorrow night at 6:30 I will offer an open full moon circle – a new iteration of something I have been doing for over 30 years. We will step into sacred space with the support of The Wandering Mystic at 315 Main St, Middleburgh, NY

We will each enter our own heart space.

We will pass the talking stick as we share and listen.

The waxing moon provides the opportunity to expand our realities.

We will look inside to discover what each of us desires to call forth …Wisdom? Humility? Integrity? Self love? Healing? Compassion? Forbearance? Play? The choices are endless, and we can pick more than one gift to open to.
