Arcturus is the 4th brightest star in our galaxy. This giant star, part of the constellation of Boötes, outshines our sun 100 times.
The handle of The Big Dipper points to Arcturus.
Arcturus is 36.7 light years away from Earth.
The Inuit people know Arcturus by two names, Uttuqalualuk (“old man”) and Sivulliik (“the first ones”).
I have read publications that claim Arcturian origins. They mention planets of Arcturus, and a single culture of beings that reside throughout these planets.
Planets that orbit Arcturus have not as yet been detected by humanity.
From Wikipedia: By 1928, Arcturus had become part of the teachings of Edgar Cayce, an American psychic. The star Arcturus was mentioned by Cayce in more than 30 of his psychic readings. He described Arcturus as a “gateway” to higher realms of consciousness that can have a profound effect on people’s lives. Cayce called the Arcturians the most advanced community in the universe, the community most similar to the divine.
I have been exploring concepts, ideas, meditations and practices from materials that claim to have origins in Arcturian wisdom, as well as other extra-terrestrial origins. I have found them to be helpful and compelling. They bring forth thought-provoking and expansive concepts and understandings about the time we are living in, about the wisdom of the human body, about our human ancestry, about the human heart, about healing, frequency and much more.
I have been deeply impacted by what I’ve read and considered. I am experiencing personal growth as a result of my exposure to new concepts and partaking in the expansive and healing exercises offered.
I expect to share specifics about what I am learning in future posts.
It is my understanding that Arcturians are significantly “less dense” than humans, meaning that they do not have a physical body in the way that we do. It has taken me some time to come to terms with this possibility.
Many of us have no problem with an invisible God, invisible angels …and also less elevated beings of invisibility, such as beings of malevolence.
But we are stop there. It is a big adjustment to accept the possibility of extra-terrestrials at all, let alone those of less density.

I have come to believe that the human visual spectrum will naturally expand in the future …to allow for the perception of those who are less dense.
