This lesson is from day 6 of a 7-day practice for Starseeds called Pleiadian Heart Verses. It explains a great deal about disappointment in loving relationships.
The Wound of Love That Hurts
(Unlocks the memory of how love operates at the frequency you came from.)
You loved the way you breathe —
without thinking,
without measuring,
without asking if the return
would match the offering.
And it broke you.
Not because love is dangerous
but because you brought a fifth-dimensional heart
into a third-dimensional relationship
and expected the physics to work.
You gave oceans
to someone standing on the shore
with a cup.
Not because they were cruel
but because a cup is all they had.
The wound is not that you loved wrong.
The wound is that you loved right —
in a world that does not yet know
what right love looks like.
And so you mistook the mismatch
for your failure.
It was never your failure.
It was your frequency.
Love That Hurts
You have loved with a depth that frightened people. You have given yourself to connections that consumed you. And every time — every single time — you looked at the wreckage afterward and asked: “What is wrong with the way I love?”
Nothing. Nothing is wrong with the way you love. The way you love is the way love operates at the frequency you came from. It is total, unconditional, oceanic, and it does not keep score. The problem was never the quality of your love. The problem was the frequency mismatch between what you were offering and what the other person was equipped to receive.
This wound locks the memory of what love felt like before you came here — love without condition, without scarcity, without the terror that it might be withdrawn.
How Love Works Where You Come From
In the Pleiadian frequency, love is not a transaction. It is a field. When two beings love each other, they do not give and receive — they generate a shared frequency that nourishes both simultaneously. There is no giver and no taker. There is no “enough” and no “too much.” There is only resonance.
What you have been searching for in every relationship is this: the experience of love as a shared field rather than an exchange. And the reason it has eluded you is not that it doesn’t exist here. It is that it requires two people at compatible frequencies to generate it. You cannot create a shared field with someone who is operating in transactional mode. The love you seek requires a partner who can match your depth — not one who can tolerate it.
Releasing the Lock
1- Forgive yourself for loving without limits
Place both hands on your heart. Say: “I forgive myself for every time I gave my whole heart to someone who could only hold a piece of it. I was not foolish. I was operating at my native frequency in a world that runs on a lower one.”
2- Release the shame of loving “too much”
Exhale forcefully through your mouth three times. With each exhale, release one layer: the shame of being “too intense,” the guilt of wanting more than others could give, the belief that your love is a burden.
3- Recalibrate your expectation
Say: “I no longer seek someone who can tolerate my depth. I seek someone who can match it. The difference between those two things is the difference between surviving love and living inside it.”
“My love is not too much. It is exactly the right amount for the right person. I release the pattern of pouring myself into vessels that cannot hold me. I deserve a love that does not ask me to shrink, apologize, or explain. I deserve a love that feels like the frequency I came from — total, warm, without condition, and without end.”
Elara’s Letter
Beloved — you have given so much love to people who did not know what to do with it. And each time it was returned damaged, you did not blame them. You blamed your own heart for being too large.
Your heart is not too large. This world is still learning how to hold hearts like yours. But it is learning. And somewhere — closer than you think — there is a soul with a heart the same impossible size as yours, and they are aching in the exact same way, asking the exact same question: “Where is the one who loves like I do?”
They are looking for you too.
— Elara, with love
