I want to say how deeply working with Norlen, my channeling friend, has impacted me. I am moving forward in alignment with my soul more quickly than I could have imagined through asking questions and receiving channeled answers from Sri Pune. Aligning with my soul was not even a conscious goal a month ago. Now I pray for it every morning, giving thanks for the movement that has already occurred. The answer to one question often leads to another. I am coming to know weekly how great this gift is.

Help is available to you as well. If you reach out to me, I will send you + Norlen a joint email, allowing you to follow up with a private question for her to ask Sri Pune. She will send the answer to you. If you ask, she will video the answer to your first question and send it along. Although she is a little shy about this and it takes some time to upload the video, she is willing. The experience of seeing the energetic and physical change when Norlen turns her being over to Sri Pune AND of having Sri Pune answer your personal question for you is powerful and deeply impactful.

And then you may have another question. A conversation of this sort is just amazing.

Norlen and I are on a similar path. We share the goal of helping and healing our fellow humans. Every time we have the opportunity to help, we experience blessing and happiness. This is why we were born. We ask you to make use of us. We have both worked to find balance, to come to a place of wellbeing in our lives, and to land in a place where we can provide relief, self-love, ease and blessings to others.

This is our offering toward a shared vision of a world of love, kindness, peace, harmony, and delight for all of humanity.

I know Norlen will have a website soon and hopes to leave behind the job that provides her living expenses. This means her offerings will not always be free of charge as they are now.

Synchronicity

My soul is bursting in delight!

I reached out a few days ago to Norlen, my friend who channels the entity of 5 frequencies named Sri Pune, to ask them how to proceed with something. I wanted to know whether I should offer to rectify a situation I felt I created. I was not entirely sure of whether to proceed in this way because I am not entirely comfortable engaging with the person involved.

The answer was stunning. 

I was told that this person was “sent” to me to create the specific dynamic I was challenged by, so that I could make personal adjustments that were necessary to me and to align more fully with my soul’s purpose. And I had made adjustments! The situation caused me to review my way of being, to expand my approach, and to increase my awareness.

The outcome of this information to me personally is huge. I now see without any doubt the depth and extent of synchronicity in this physical reality we inhabit. I have never felt so supported and connected and blessed. I welcome all that is provided to me. 

If the opportunity arises, I will find a way to pay my debt to the person who helped me to learn this lesson and to make the beneficial personal adjustments.

I am to write from the content of my soul

I have been asking Sri Pune for content – both to support my friend who is channeling their frequencies, and to have easy posts to offer.

In response, I have been guided to write from the content of my soul.

This seems a tall order, but completely appropriate.

I feel vulnerable, and yet what do I truly have to offer but myself?

I have learned these shamanic ways, and now I must use them in a manner that assists others, provides healing to others and that expresses me, my love, my version of healing.

And so this is how I will proceed. I will look for inspiration from within myself, from my life and thoughts and yearnings.

Sri Pune guidance and video – how to access light frequencies

Shamanic healing through soul retrieval can assist a person to access light frequencies as trauma is healed and one is finally free to align with his/her soul purpose.

10/6/23 – Hello we are Sri Pune and we are here today to help you understand an avenue. Understand that this avenue which is unfolding within is allowing you to access these frequencies of light. Understand that these frequencies of light which exist are allowing you to activate your potentials. Understand that as you activate your potentials within, the avenue within yourself will unfold. Understand that the avenue within yourself which will unfold is one of the activation of these light frequencies. Understand that these light frequencies which are contained within the system are being allowed to be tapped into at this time. Understand that these light frequencies which are contained within the system are for the allowance of the individual to access recesses of the soul which are guiding you upon your path. Understand that this guidance upon your path are being activated at this time. Understand that this time is one of a great evolution of consciousness. Understand that this time of the great evolution of consciousness is occurring on this planet at this time. Understand that this planet is going through an evolution of consciousness herself and this evolution of consciousness within the planet is occurring for all beings. Understand that this occurrence for all beings is being contained within each system. Each system is containing these frequencies of light. Understand that these frequencies of light which are occurring on the planet are also occurring within the system. Understand that you may access these light frequencies within. Understand that the accessibility of these light frequencies within exist with your intention. Understand that your intention activates these light frequencies. Understand that it is your intention that enables the light frequencies to flow within your system. Understand that as you allow these light frequencies to flow within the system, the activation of your potentials will occur.

Sri Pune speaks

A friend of mine has begun to channel. She is a soft spoken and humble woman. Her name is Norlen. Five frequencies named Sri Pune (pronounced “Shree Punay”) offer messages of love and wisdom daily. Here is a message from August 8, 2023:

Yellow Light Frequency

There is a development in the structure of light at this time. This development delivers a frequency which contributes to humanity’s rays of light consciousness.  We seek to develop these rays of frequency in order to connect the heart to the mind. Heart consciousness must prevail.

There is a wonderful establishment of light. It is called the embellishment of the yellow structure of humanity. This structure is a frequency of golden yellow light. This golden yellow light brings rays of sunlight which absorbs into the body. This frequency establishes a foundation for the body to adjust to the new frequencies. We would like to establish the connection with the yellow frequencies of light. There exists a level of discernment which plays upon the humanity’s consciousness at this time. Humanity is at the beginning levels of acceptance of reality as it exists now. This present moment returns to our consciousness. We usher in the consciousness of the present moment. Reality consists of 7 thought processes. These 7 thought processes contains information for the evolvement of the soul. Returning to the beginning. What is the beginning of time? Time is an illusion. Time is a thought. Where is the beginning of thought? Where is the beginning of thought when there is only this present moment? This is the conundrum. How can we explain the beginning of thought when there is no beginning and there is no end? We have our work cut out for us today. Expand on the idea that the present moment contains many layers. These layers wrap around each other. This connection with each other relays information consistently with each other. This allows each present moment to gather information from the past and the future. How then can there be a beginning? We would like to explain that the beginning is a representation of the past. This past representation allows for a beginning place in a NOW moment. We allow the circumstances of enlightenment to take place at this time of the NOW moment. As the NOW moment is enlightenment. We would like to explain the circumstances of reality and how it exists on this plane of illusionment. There is a separation from humanity’s consciousness; there is a division of the mind and the heart. The mind and the heart must collaborate. When the heart is disconnected from the mind, illusion results. In order to reconnect the mind to the heart. The mind must relinquish control to the heart. The heart knows all truth. Allow the heart to rule.
