“When thousands of hearts meditate together in the same moment, our loving-kindness ripples outward, touching hearts, healing wounds, and planting seeds of peace everywhere.”
I recently learned about a 20 minute meditation in Washington DC for Global Loving-Kindness this Wednesday.
I have seen snippets of information about this, and now it is 1 day away!
A group of 20 Buddhist monks left Fort Worth, Texas on a Walk for Peace on October 26 to walk 2300 miles to Washington DC in 111 days.
There is a dog involved, named Aloka, who joined forces with the monks.

There are many reports to be found that provide additional information.
They are arriving in DC in time to hold a 20 minute meditation at 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday February 11 at the Lincoln Memorial.

Or you can simply join them without linking.
I plan to join one way or the other.
