Awakening the Illuminated Heart

I recently took a 4 day Zoom class. It’s called Awakening the Illuminated Heart

It was taught by an associate of Drunvalo Melchizedek.

Viola Rose has been teaching this material for 14 years. It was very well organized …and quite demanding in a certain way.

It demanded my presence and focus.

It called me forth fully.

I have been listening to Drunvalo’s messages and classes, as I mentioned in a recent post. I have also read his book Living in the Heart, a requirement in preparation for the class – and have moved on to his next book.

I learned more about residing in the heart, and more about the Merkaba.

The main focus of the workshop is to establish a Merkaba. I cannot begin to explain this, but Drunvalo can – in his books. He touches on its existence in Living in the Heart.

I knew, as soon as I connected with him through videos, that he is a teacher for me. I was not disappointed. (Drunvalo is 84 and has established a class structure that others have been authorized to teach. He is still vibrant and writing …and shows up in videos.)

I will say that establishing a Merkaba has to do with navigating the coming ascension, and also navigating death. It opens other abilities as well. I am still reading The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life (Volumes 1 + 2) to learn more.

I also learned about prana breathing, which is a way of bringing energy and life force into and around one’s being. Prana is an energy of well-being that is the same as Qi. I also experienced seeing from my 3rd eye. I still have more to understand about this eye – an aspect of our pineal gland – in the center of the brain.

I learned that our pineal gland (along with our 3rd eye) has atrophied for a very long time. I learned that the 3rd eye’s tendency is to look directly up, but it can move. I had a task that required it to look forward in the workshop.

At this time, I feel that my recent experience of having my physical reality fall away was my 3rd eye – taking a look!

Viola Rose teaches it approximately every 2 months, remotely (4-12 participants). She also teaches it in person in Sedona, AZ. Another option is to purchase a prerecorded video of the class to go through at your own speed. I can’t imagine teaching myself; there were so many questions from all of us. However, you can choose to purchase remote sessions with Viola Rose as well.
