The soul retrieval brought my 8 year old self to me. It was a very pleasant experience. Soul Retrieval was a positive, emotional experience for me.

For the week after the first soul retrieval journey I felt carefree and lighthearted. I noticed an absence of the guilt I had previously lived with regardless of my behavior.  It took openness on my part to let the thoughts flow. Once I was able to simply experience the journey and let my mind lead me I had profound conversations.

On my second journey I went into the lower world to find my power animal. I had a few important insights along the way.  Third journey, Annie guided me into the upper world to meet my spirit guide, who I met right away! It was an emotional journey and as I headed back I felt very light hearted and relaxed.  It was a joyful experience.

While journeying on my own over the next few months I continued to have emotional and enlightening journeys mixed in with some that didn’t give me the expected results.  I learned to let go more, be more carefree. It was fun! I trust myself more and feel there are greater possibilities in front of me than I expected before the journeys. I realized how fear holds me back. I am able to appreciate myself more and judge myself less. I have more confidence in myself now. It has been an empowering experience.
