Soul retrieval can transform one’s life. In my experience, anyone who has experienced trauma and/or loss can find their way back to wellness and balance. This universal and ancient soul-healing process of tribal origin takes a couple of months, usually 3 sessions. It involves answering some non-invasive questions in an emotionally safe environment – saying only what you are comfortable saying. It involves gathering information from your helping spirits, and acting on this information. You can learn to journey, or you can allow the practitioner to journey on your behalf. This healing process was lost to our culture (USA) and has been returned to us in the past few decades by Michael Harner and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies which he founded.

Sometimes we carry the memory of various traumatic experiences, and sometimes we do not remember our trauma. Knowing is not required. If you are not feeling internally balanced and well, you can make internal shifts that can bring you to alignment with yourself, to self love, to increased vibrancy, to comfort with your life, and to implement changes that you may desire.

Soul retrieval can be an impactful step in your higher journey to yourself, and to genuine well-being.

The concept of soul loss originated in ancient times, in tribal culture. It was/is a universal understanding by the tribal healers.

Soul loss occurs due to trauma – loss, abandonment, betrayal, confusion, illness, injury, fear or …so much more. The experience of trauma is an experience of the individual. Even a small shift of one’s reality can be extremely impactful. My teacher explained that soul loss is like a pressure release valve that allows one to sustain life and a level of coping and balance despite the trauma. The soul part takes with it a part of the individual’s qualities, traits and abilities. One’s level of well-being and balance is diminished by this loss.

Returning soul part(s) to a person restores balance, well-being, and wholeness.
