I am a mother, a grandmother, a wife and a friend. I am a lover of our Earth and all her people, especially children. 

My work before formal retirement was many-faceted . I moved from restaurants to programmer/systems analyst to small business owner to school bus driver to clerical work. During that time, I was always on a search – for God/Goddess/Creator/Spirit/All-That-Is …and for personal balance.

For 35 years I participated in and led circles of women sharing their deepest selves, singing and communing with nature under the full moon and on other special days in the earth-based calendar. (The circles eventually stopped coming together after Covid, when we returned inside in Fall 2020.)

Starting in the Fall of 2016, I trained for 3 years with Tracey Forest at Spirit Hollow in Shaftsbury, VT to become a shamanic practitioner. 

I have been practicing shamanic healing since my 2nd year of study. Clients have come along sporadically, which has been lovely, beginning with family and friends …then friends of friends. In the winter of 2020/21, I spent time in solitude, study, prayer, movement, and writing. I emerged aligned with both Spirit and myself. It took me 65 years to find this blessed place and I am grateful every day.

In the Summer of 2022 I realized I would like to be of service to more people. Now I have a steady trickle, which is perfect for my life. There are many aspects to this work, this ancient healing practice of all indigenous peoples – from soul retrieval, to personal and home clearing, to assisting the dead cross over, to ancestor work, teaching others to journey for themselves, and more. The full moon circles for women have turned into circles for all who are drawn to them.

I have a sliding fee scale of $50 – $120 for shamanic work for each session (90 minutes – 2 hours). I am also open to barter and to “paying it forward.”

In 2024 I began to receive messages from my soul through my dreams, indicating that part of my intended path is to channel messages and healing for others from the higher realms.

I am now channeling an entity named Lei Lei.

This has been a huge departure for me. As I learned to channel, I experienced almost a full year without shamanic work.
